History: Const was once a guidian of the old Weretribes, who they used to pray to. But over time the praying has died out now const serves his duty as a guide to the world. Often attaching himself to one person and being around at almost all times, To calm the wereperson down and guide them in training
Powers: He cat speak with jasper only (Sounds like meowing to everyone else) Const uses this ability rarely but can push people back with his mind (Telepathy, Like i said almost never used)
Strength: Being able to calm a wereanimal down and thoughts peak
Weaknesses: Cat nip...He kinda hates mine so...He tries to eat them and is kinda malices towards them (Rat torture!)
